Digital cookbooks are delivered electronically and do not include a physical copy unless the product description expressly states otherwise.
Physical editions
Physical cookbooks are tangible printed products and may be produced on demand after your order is placed.

We aim to present our products accurately. Minor differences in colour, screen display or physical print appearance may occur.
Availability
Products may occasionally be updated, replaced, discontinued or become temporarily unavailable.

Instant digital access.
Digital Jenovie Kitchen products are supplied electronically using the email address and/or download access associated with your order.
Where you request immediate access to digital content before the end of an applicable statutory cancellation period, we may ask you to expressly consent to supply beginning immediately and to acknowledge that your right to cancel will be lost once supply begins.
Once digital supply has begun following the required consent and acknowledgement, change-of-mind cancellation rights will no longer apply to that digital content, subject always to your statutory rights.

Printed especially for your order.
Our physical cookbooks may be produced using print-on-demand fulfilment. This means production generally begins in response to customer orders.
Production
Physical cookbooks may require production before dispatch. Estimated delivery windows are provided through our Shipping & Delivery information and checkout.
Delivery
Orders are delivered to the address supplied during checkout. Please ensure your delivery details are complete and accurate.
Tracking
Where tracking is available for the selected shipping service, tracking information may be provided after your order has been produced and dispatched.
Delivery estimates
Delivery windows are estimates rather than guaranteed arrival dates unless we expressly agree otherwise. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
