30-Day Return & Refund Guarantee

At Jenovie, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return and refund guarantee from the date of delivery.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Returned within 30 days of the delivery date
  • Unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

For hygiene reasons, the following items are non-returnable unless faulty or damaged upon arrival:

  • Opened skincare, lip care, or haircare products
  • Items marked as final sale

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at support@jenovie.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Our team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
  3. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@jenovie.com with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you'd like a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
